So, I like assassin/ninja stuff, and I am playing Hitman Absolution. Why am I not playing Skyrm, dont ask me questions!! Heh, or do..
As I was saying Hitman assassin games. One of the elements I truly love about the genre is the options you have to take into account. Lets take for example the Shaving Lenny missions in eg Hitman Absolution. I am presented with roughly speaking three options. I could and in this case feel pretty justified going balls crazy and executing everyone here. The safehouse where Lenny is hiding is crammed full of corrupt cops and killers. I have the skills and the difficulty set so that it would be possible, and a rampage would fit the narrative. These bad people have kidnapped a little girl for ransom, and the messy issue is that the people paying to get her back are doing bad people experiments on her so we dont want that either. I was initially sent to collect her, but conscience set in when Agent 47 realized what that means to the little girl.
The main option which I am most likely to take, after rampaging for the eff of it and then restarting, is to arrange a series of curious accidents. This is the main vein of the ninja assassin game and scenario tropes. Unlike military style or blast em style games the assassin works quietly and loses points for even being seen. So what I am going to do, instead of bullet time, is to lurk around the compound and set some traps. Then I am going to hide and set off explosives, garrote someone while no one is looking, or poison someone's drink. The timing and sequencing will be key, and there may be some accidental casualties, but if I can pull it off without being spotted, excellent.
The third gross option would be to sniper kill each of the main targets and then wait in a room until Lenny walks in alone to be pacified, and that would be the ''ultimate'' ninja assassin move. Suddenly someone dies from a silenced bullet and no one sees a thing. It happens again, still not a sound or sign of anyone. Lenny paces and frets. The cops scratch their heads and shrug shoulders. Everything starts to calm down. Lenny goes to the barber shop to freshen up his shave, to calm his nerves. Little does he know the nice old barber has been replaced by a bald man with dual silenced silverballers and who; is murderously unhappy with him.
Go.
Alright, walked in dressed like a deputy. Walked over to a piss pot in the corner next to some electric wires. Sabotage, viola. I walk away, target moves to go pee and I use subterfuge to walk by the guards and into the kitchen. I start a gas leek and sprinkle a powder of poison pill onto the pizza, anyone who has a bite will vomit, cry, and shit themselves. Then I step back into the shadows. One bullet fired at the heating coil and the mark goes up in flames with the kitchen. Lenny had some pizza just before the explosion happened and starts making his way upstairs to the bathroom. I help him up and, as the real cops call on the ambulance and try to save the two henchmen, I put a sleeper on the boss as soon as I am out of sight of the living room. Like stealing candy from a baby. Now, while no one is the wiser I can get Victoria's location off Lenny.
Then I will most likely end his miserable life. Like he did Sister Mary.
The cut scenes are great. The storyline is tragic, though at this point I expect 47 to live. One of the best things about Hitman Absolution is the near realism. No you cant steal a gas can from the garage and set a couch on fire as a distraction ( unless it is part of the prepared scenario ) but when you shoot someone in the shoulder it looks like it. I have seen some better ''physics engines'' for rendering reactive damage but Hitman Absolution does a great job of showing the combat reactions. I shot this guy in the neck and then he slowly vomited blood while on his hands and knees for like 10 seconds before finally dying. I plan on beating Hitman Absolution anywhich way I can on normal and then.. then! setting it to purist and going for point / challenge maximum points before returning to the land of Tamriel. Ah Tamriel, how I miss it so.
Well, I did just execute Lenny in the desert,
with a baseball bat.
Maybe something lighter, like MtG?
Hmm, I have been digging my three Skyrim characters. Toren Walksfar of Blackmarsh, Thane Ssarhh, daughter of Blackmarsh and Lady of Morthal, and Tiber Septum of Orsinium ( no kidding I put ''of Orsinium'' in the character name so the letters would all show the full title. Two Argonians and an Orc, lol. All three are Stormcloaks and I am also keeping story play diaries for the characters in hopes of doing some mod work and inserting them into the game. The phenomenal amount of work that will be necessary to insert the characters narrative into the plots is daunting, but the similarity to scenario development is attractive enough to hold my fancy. Houses, side quests, ''The Song of Ssarhh'' .. seriously I want to modify the Morthal quest to say that Ssarhh ( who lives in a new building based off the one I made using Heartfire, just a little bit closer to Dawnstar ) killed a master vampire in the cave prior to the quest line the player goes on .. and .. modifying the thieves guild quests to accomadate Toren's tale.. Talos is the easiest, ima just gonna add a farm outside Riften, and have Talos Septim Of Orsinium available as a companion six months out of the year. A gourd farmer I think.. ( the idea behind the name is a whiff of orc, kinda ''Jesus Alexander of Orcs are Bad Ass Landia'' was my thought for his naming, then ''the sole survivor of an Orsinium war party allied with the stormcloaks'' basically ).
I have also been playing allot of MtG 2013. ( Ajani Rules woot ) I unlocked the demo a few months past, and the other day I downed ''A world of Tieflings'' a delightfully cute building game where; You, the giant avatar, micromanage a bunch of little worker tieflings into building a series of castles in various terrains. I beat it start to finish in one day. One long day, and I dare say I enjoyed pretty much every minute. The tieflings are dreadfully cute, but also very rude. So its not all fluffy clouds and rainbow daisy ness. The cutest part of the game is that your avatar in the game, is your xbox avatar. I cannot say how much I liked that element. My avi went from a cute little brunette barbie doll that I scarcely paid attention to ( I did deck her out in the queen's regalia I got from beating Fable III ) into a goddess the size of a castle capable teleporting from world to world in order to develop her civilization. Woah. Hot.
And Well, thats the roundup folks, I *have* started tinkering with a nickle book adventure. For what its worth! In Search of the Red Star! Plug and play mid level campaign. Technically a Sty~Rn adventure setting, but it could be easily modified to any extraplaner adventure of the air elemental variety. The Red Star is actually a sky isle about the size of Hawaii. The Hub, of extradimensional commerce in *all* of Sty~Rn fyi, the consortiums that control the Red Star, also known as Gemron Isle, trade in all known D&D currencies. Including slaves. The overt objective of the campaign is escape. The place is just evil to the core. Any ''non lawfully evil'' parties are gonna want to get and go. Fereal fa real. That said, the campaign would make for great setting material for a conquest oriented evil game. Carve out a piece of Gemron Isle's pie, take control of one of the major gates, and build an interdimensional hegemony!! Heh, Im game.

I am a super hero!
I have recently been toying around with a PS3 and it is online. Love teh hub - I went and watched a movie ..in a movie theater ..on the playstation network! It was kwel.
The PS3 Hub system ( while purty keen ) is not what I came here today to talk to you about. I am here to tell you about DC Universe Online. WOOOT! I am looking about the PS3 store for something updates, demos, or freewarze and what do I come accross? Only one of the most engaging super hero video games I have in my life played to date. The story is nice and Elder Scrollsy - ya know? Because you make your own character and the missions based scenarios are pretty flexible. You can start in Metropolis working with Superman and then decided 'screw Gorilla Grod' and teleport to Gotham to work with Batman. They do force you to choose an alignment tho - good or evil aka 'Hero or Villain' in the character creation screen - and this provides you with a Mentor.
For Heroes you can be a 'meta' ( the DC version of Mutant ) with Superman as your mentor. You can be magical - and have Wonder Woman as your mentor ( for those of you not aware Wonder Woman is a homonculous created out of dirt in a cave by the queen of the amazons that was brought to life by the goddess Athena ), and if you choose to be a technological hero you get The Batman as your mentor. Your choice of mentor/power type defines your starting location, mission, and a few other things. The Villain mentors are Lex Luthor for metas, Circe for magicals, and The Joker for techs. I was annoyed that Lex Luthor was set as teh meta mentor for villains considering he has no powers, but when you consider that they have pulled a hardly known villain like Circe into the game they are simply using the arch villains of the hero mentors.
If I was to suggest them one thing - it would be to up the villain game to more than a shadow of the the Hero game. I am hover going to suggest far more than one thing~!#
Before I get to that a word on the pricing of this wondergasm of awesome. The base account is free and comes with two character slots. You can buy a green lantern ring ( or yellow lantern ring if you are a villain, but no blue, purple, sapphire, or red rings ..yet ). You can buy extra characters individually, or you can pay seven ninety nine a month to have unlimited access to stuff and things. Makes you wonder what will happen if you pay for a month create twenty characters and then not pay the next month.. do they delete the characters? Or could I spend 8 dollars to seed a small Legion of Super Heroes and then actually get to keep them... hmm.. anyway! There are lots of incidentals ( like green lantern powers, or lightning bolt powers, or a flying robot that is your sidekick, a dog that can fly to be your side kick ) all of which are great and cool ways of getting people to pay into an other wise free game. They also give you the option to buy expanded backpack, vault space, extra characters, and that kind of keen jazz. I think it is a great model.
So the game - first off - Lex Luthor from the the future is the hero of this game. Sometime in the not too distant future Lex Luthor killed superman with the help of Circe and the Joker. Soon after Superman was killed Braniac attacked and conquered Earth. So, using a last technological wish Lex Luthor went back in time - warned Superman and brought with him 'Exobites' - strange Braniac technology that grants normal human beings super powers. Future Lex Luthor then vanished as his existence was erased from the time stream - leaving only the Exobites and a world full of super humans - and then Braniac detected the temporal anomaly and stepped up his time table. Braniac started collecting the humans effected by the Exobites - and this is where you story starts - you awaken in a Braniac assault ship holding cell.
As a hero you are guided by Oracle. A member of the Justice League with no powers, but phenomenal computer hacking abilities. She is able to transmit a signal to the Braniac ship and guide you to safety - only instead of guiding you to safety she decides to have you destroy the enemy invading force - with Superman - you are a Hero after all - right? If you choose the villain path you meet a new villain. The Calculator. I am fairly certain that the Calculator was created for DC Universe Online specifically. Correction! The Calculator is an old corny villain that wasnt being used anymore ( he had a green lantern hat ..basically ), and got revamped to be a villainous analog to Oracle. Neat - learn something new every day :) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Calculator
Whichever path you choose you end up destroying one of the Braniac assault ships, yeah humanity! and then being teleported to one of several ( ok in this case three ) locations that serve as the main base for your characters Mentor. For heroes these locations are Police Departments, and for the villain character I made I ended up in a nightclub.. I am not certain if that is the case for all the villain mentors of simply The Joker. Each of the base locations has a teleporter in it that leads you either to the lair of the society of evil or the justice league satellite. You can buy epic level equipment at these locations and you can also access the banks - which is a place you can store stuff that you dont use in play like Exobites. Here you can also use Exobites in constructing item enhancements that you can use to continue increasing your power level after you reach lv 30 and buy your epic outfit. To use the crafting tables you have to comb through the streets of the cities looking for Exobites - they spawn randomly throughout the city constantly.
Another kewl element of DCU Online is the scavanger hunt deal. Basically there are little green and blue markers all over the place ( the villain markers might be different colors I have been playing the hero ). You collect those markers to get pieces of multipart collections. Like 'Lois Lanes report on Gorilla Grod' or 'Vicky Vales report on Bane' all sorts of stuff. One of the collections I am in the middle of is the Lex Luthor meta human research collection. I most recently collected 'some research on a meta heart' its cool - but ya know what would be cooler!?
If the collections were more than a list item,
- I want to be able to interact with them somehow :)
One of the great things about playing a game like DCU Online is you can feel the unfinishedness of it. There is no reason it cannot, and every reason DCU Online *should* continue to grow and expand. They have already added a new city! You have to pay to get there ( for now ) but Central City exits. I imagine after they make their desired revenue goal ( or after x time ) the lightning power will become available on the standard options. I think that super pets should stay purchase only, and I am certain they are going to keep the lantern rings on the purchase only list, but I bet that the lightning powers are pay only because they were new - and they are waiting for a major update to the system ( ya know the kind that makes you uninstall and reinstall teh software because the primary menu has changed ). One thing that I am surprised about is that while there is a complete line up of Cat, Dog, Lion, Tiger, and even Fox furry body styles - they dont have the aliens!?
Whats with that? There is an entire lineup of alien races out there in the DCU - why are they not standard body type options in the game? Are they waiting for a deployment? Like DCU Online Invasion! or something? Hmm.. not a bad idea actually..
Now for some suggestions - more mentors. More locations other than the Police Stations and the Night Clubs. Actually - the reason I want more mentors is that there are plenty of heroes to go around. Why cant my character study with Dr Fate at his tower? Why cant I join the Teen Titans? I think - that underneath your 'primary mentor' you should be assigned to one of the super hero teams ( like young justice, teen titans, birds of prey, the strangers, all star squadron, justice society, or even Super Monkey Team Hyperforce Go! ..wait.. Super Monkey Team Hyperforce Go! isnt a DC Title.. ) anyway - by assigning the new hero to a team you can add additional storytelling elements to the starting narrative - give the new player a sense of belonging that they may or may not get immediately from other players ( I was invited to be on True Justice 'one of the oldest leagues on the DCU Online - right about lv 10 ). You would also be increasing the diversity and replay value of creating new characters. OOOOOhhh! Money making scheme!
So you make it 'random' ( not random, but not a wittingly selectable item ) the choice of what team you are assigned to is determined by your character model and costuming choices. Are you a small spark? Young Justice. Are you wearing 'cool' clothes and a medium sized character? Teen Titans. Are you wearing the funky spandex outfit? Doom patrol - did you choose the 'old person skin' Justice Society. You could tailor the humor to match up with the 'personality quiz' that is the character creation process. Do allot of keen meta jokes in the Young Justice path, make hip Gen X comments with the Teen Titans, and make crass old people gaffs with the Justice Society. Seems like you would want to give the teams an extra name.. like Justice Society Auxiliary.. Teen Titans Vanguard? Young Justice Elite? Hmm.. great idea - and because you dont know 'exactly' how to get onto any particular team - and there is no switching teams after you get assigned you might just sell extra profiles to the people that dont like to delete their characters - but *really* really REALLY want to be on the Doom Patrol - ya know?
What else - oh! Yeah - I want a watching TV version.
Not joking. I was working on some stuff and I couldnt play - and I was flipping through the channels for some background noise and I said to myself.. ya know? If I could just watch league play and ring war, and all those PvP match things.. I totaly would. It intriguing to me - because it is like sports. You would want it to basically rotate around the active characters in an instance, or ( with the players permission ) follow a specific player throughout the game ( me PR here would *gladly* sign up for that gig ( can..I haz lightning powerz!? ) I would watch it. I really would - and - think on this thunk - what if your girlfriend/child was playing and you had no real interest in playing, but you would rather watch what that person is doing that watch 'idk cheers reruns' or something like that.
Last bit of aduhvise, green skin.. cmon now! Green skin isnt an option!?
I saw Captain Kirk at one of the Police Stations, and I didnt get a chance to talk to him, but I am certain that he is disappointed in the lack of green skin. You can be a lizard person - but you cant be a Brainiac? Yeesh :smirk:

Where am I?
For the last five years I have not been able to test out weird rules like I did in the half decade preceding this last. For the last two years my intermittent location and gainful employment have failed to produce any sort of Walden's Pond phenomena. Progress on the naciente websites such as Giant Ketchup and Complete SRD has been all but nil. Social media blips are fairly easy to maintain, even from a mobile or public computer. Without a production environment designed with the production goals in mind building things can be extremely slow. Like building a car in your living room. It can work, and things have happened. Nonetheless I am busy cleaning up the mess of my internet behavior and therefor unable to broadcast.
Ustream If You Shea Show ~buy my book~ Lulu.com Shea Reinke
Search and ye shall find Giant Ketchup! The point being that AskShea exists, if you shea show exists. The t shirt store does not, but you *can* buy a Nepa Ninja's mug online. Borrowing fifty gig off a friends pocket terrabyte for a day or two while I 'burn' ..burn? a DVD to use the factory reset option for this Lifebook. Would that I had the time to hack it. Hack hack hackity hack hack. I can, and have restored a laptop to full normal function in the past. Recovering the homepage is a simple reg edit, and while there are specialty softwares that could be necessary to remove spyware and whatever it is that is messing with the graphics card ..sigh.. I *can* also simply reset the system to factory default and then start replacing programs.
I will loose the two or three office suites that my father had installed on the machine, but that is most likely going to 'psuedo~mystically' :knock: protect him from accidentally violating his license restrictions for MS Office 2007, and WordPerfect 2002. Why I need these programs? Oh, wait! I don't. I actually see no reason to install open office. I can Google doc everything and ..while.. I *am* missing a few of the advanced options (and the onenote application which *is* the uber clipboard) I am *also* auto placing the data online and avoiding the annoyance of 'basically' borrowing someones data wallet, or loosing data barring some sort of apocalypse. I do not believe that Google (or its data) are going anywhere *any* time soon.
Oh how I wish I could go Ubuntu, but I have not been able confirm that Zynga and such will operate properly in a Ubuntu and ~ of course ~ Adobe no va onna Ubuntu. You can call me an Adobe snob, but I have a gorramit license for the software and I plan on using it...more accurately I have no desire to relearn the painting process in a different program like GIMP. Not that I am talking bad about GIMP, but it is a different animal (in this case a cyborg badge instead of a moon monkey, to be specific). I like my Photoshop CSV. I like my coffee black. I like my Winstons red, and my pencils number two wood with no eraser.....actually that is not true, I prefer the number six mechanical pencils with the pink erasers.....blink, moving on.
Actually I have no interest in going to Ubuntu. I play too many video games. Noooo! I didn't say that, well actually I *did* install CIV5 and played around with it. That may or may not get obliterated in the Factory Reset (well, I may or may not reinstall it) but I had quite the enjoyable time. All by my self staring at flickering lights that are artfully decorated to seem to hold the weight of the world. I brought mankind to a utopia through commerce and freedom. I conquered everybody that ever messed with me. I declared war on the entire eastern continent, and when the Japanese asked for peace before even firing one shot I agreed to allow their civilization to live independent within the Utopia project. I still built a nuclear device for each city they had on the board. I also returned the city that Genghis Khan had taken to them for no dinero. Near the end I was giving them trade goods and money and cities simply to get their opinion of me up. Never happened.
Where am I? Three hours left on the data transfer, then I have to pause. Hit the government offices because I have the no monies. For whatever reason it is impossible for Kansas boy to get through to someone on the phone. I am sure that it's a total mistake and coincidence, but that would be karma and the way my karma goes I would have to go into a building and ask someone why I am not getting free money for food. They ask 'do you have a job' and I say sorta. They say can you prove that and I say 'I don't know' how do you record driving drunk people home in their own cars as an independent contractor between multiple dispatch theaters? Is that even legal? Can I write that down? I mean, if you are debating whether to use your trust fund this month or keep it tied up in what have you, please avoid doing things under the table but I am looking to keep food passing from plate to mouth, and a sturdy object between me and the sky's rain wind and etc.
Its not that bad. I could live with my parents and mooch off of them until they die. Live country miles away from possible jobs so that I use their car to commute and basically expend more value than I can produce. I would have more time to write. I guess it is still my incumbent duty to report that I make something like 300 dollars a month driving drunk people home in their cars. The problem being is that they will then have the prerogative to ask me how that all works, and I certainly hope that saying 'I hang out at a bar and stop people that seem too drunk to drive. A couple of dancers, bartenders, and wait staff type people have my card. I assume that because they have insurance on their car and they signed this little paperwork deal that everything is cool right' ..getting huffy about how grand of a service I am providing the commonwealth is not ..exactly ..the 'way to go' if they do not like this idea. I am probably being entirely too overanalytical about this. It is not like other people are not out there doing it as well, then again they may or may not be the types to ask for SNAP benefits either. Heres shootin.
All in all, being kept way too busy with jobs too do allot of work webside is preferable. I am interacting with random people. I am seeing things and stuff. I am not sitting in a little room all alone writing this. Someone jest yelled hi at someone over a wall.....heh :smirk: I would like something more like what I had in Oregon. Day job, tech center. Met a new person everyday, learned something useful everyday, solved problems, and when I got home I could write something like a half a script of a superman movie over the weekend, (or, and I did this to no detriment two or three times during my three years of normal person life), take the day off because I had spent the entire night with something radical I had to put onto paper, or just promote on myspace and email radio shows for three hours with a bottle of whiskey. I did all three at various points. Most exciting thing to happen between 2005 and 2007 was SCA camping trips. I got allot of work done.
Ideally a recent business plan mailing hit home with the target. I get a sponsorship of somekind and I have a PR Tour to get working on. Day job be damned! Not that I don't like my day job, I simply have allot of stuff I could be working on. Enough so much that it would be preferable to have full time style employment to work on it. D&D is not a hobby to me. I mean, its a hobby, but what I am working on is not. I mean.....grrr. I am working at making D&D working, like ..an umpire or referee.. mixed with a clown, and a singing telegram!
I looked at my fuzzy dice numbers pretty hard and I believe that I could make a rad little PR Tour Webshow for 200K. Thats nothing. No TV commercials. Nothing but talk and appearances. Hit Comedy Clubs if possible. Bars with DJs if not. Get as many 'drink specials' as you can out of contacts and facebook coupons. Find as many D&D outlets as possible and make sure they get shown or mentioned on the show. The rest is easy ~ answer every question the Host of the Talk Show asks. Do the geek thing with the hosts. Be topical and talk about things other than D&D. Then!
Theater Idea + Social Change caused by PR Tour = Profitable Concept and Yay Job!

I miss my Zynga
The palpable knowledge that my crops need to be unwhithered, I need to find the lost sheep, name my new city hall, there are burgers to serve! and there is treasure in them there isle!! Gaah! I have a plan you see. Wanna hear about it? Here it goes :lolz:
Start with a designed desktop. :dclick: the browser, zoom ~ all five launch.
The five songs play ruinously over each other. I check each one and turn off the music.
I begin with my lounge. Set up a dish rotation.
Move to the fields.. take care of that.. toolbar installed.
When the crops and kine are tended to, we head into town.
Checking on the dishes on the rotations.
When there is nothing else to do ~ its mountain time!
I am not certain if I would sit and watch me play Zynga for hours ..but something weird tells me that this is a great idea. My other lean is toward the Kingdoms of Camelot.

Nobody publicizes these kind of screencasts.. I wonder why ..tata ~ job interview.

Shorter Elder Scrolls
Elder Scrolls V is preparing to release. I know nothing about it. What I can guess is that on November 11th 2011 ( 11-11-11 ) I will not be playing Skyrim ( TES V ) on my Palm Pré. The Pré has a 3D engine and several gigs of storage space to work with, but if I can buy TES V for this little gadget I will be astounded. I do hope that I will have a functional machine capable of handling TES V (and editor) by then. I look forward to it! I greatly enjoyed both Morrowind and Oblivion. Skyrim looks ready to deliver! I anticipate seeing how the construction set performs as well. I adore the construction aspect of Bethesda games. Even if there *is a Palm Pre version of TES V there is no *way they plan on trying to release the construction set on the WebOS platform. There is just no way! The interface would be entierly too unwieldy. Too small. No mouse ..now if Palm made a mouse/monitor I/O.. Now *theres* an idea!
The construction and mod community is a powerful element of the The Elder Scrolls community. The Elder Scrolls IV 'Oblivion' was amazingly successful in mods, from starry skies to beautiful bodies! Websites were built to collect and promote the phenomenal mods for Oblivion, as they had been for Morrowind. These sites have mostly combined at this juncture, as I am aware. I am certain sites, like tesnexus and planetelderscrolls, are already gearing up for this years release of TES V 'Skyrim' I wonder if there will be any leaks to the modev community? ..hopefully!
Another thing I know about TES V is that it will not be a multiplayer game. None of The Elder Scrolls games have been multiplayer to date. There is a way to build a multiplayer aspect into a TES V game, but bear with me. There are important elements to consider,
Rather than outline them allow me to solve for x. You guys take y. Arena Online. You could also go dream world online, and far lands online like Fable, but there it is ~ Arena Online. Same Engine different engine, doesn't matter. Character porting, that's important. Arena Online is *not* fair. Arena Online is *branded ..already. *A return to the roots of The Elder Scrolls!* Arena ..online ..Arena Online. Roll it around in your mind. It's yummy. 'Hey I can port my old character save into the website?' bam playing an archmage from Oblivion vs a vetran warrior of Morrowind's fighters guild! You don't have storyline! You don't have time!? Fight! Win! Blood Makes the Grass Grow! Raaa!
~ you could make that for mah pre  Shea.

Who is Gameloft?
A french manufacturer of mobile app games, publisher of games such as the Asphalt series, has a port of Ubisoft's popular Assasin's Creed title. I just got done playing through Assassin's Creed Altair's Cronical published on the Palm® Prē WebOS Platform by Gameloft. Excellent.
The touch screen controller was smooth enought for me to whompam on templar soldiers with alacrity, on my second run through. I am amazed at what Gamelot has done with this title. I have watched and not played Assasin's Creed One and Two on both PC and Xbox, and was thrilled to find it available on my only reliable device. My Prē.
I can't get Cafeworld to run on my Prē, but I can play a 3D combat game that looks pretty much like the consol version!? What the duck? Srrsly. I hope to see another of these and I ask of them this; have the free demo be the 99 ninjas deal. Fun easy, no need to reveal the difficulties using the controls when running and jumping. I'm tellin ya'll, 99 ninjas. Other than that? I played through the adware free/lite version of the game on easy and hard. The only dif between them is the HP of the opponents.
I want a 99 ninjas version of this game!
Yes it is difficult to run and jump with the controls. Fighting is easy compared to getting used to the virtual dpad. I died a handful of time trying to figure out how to keep a strait ledge walk and get from stand still to run, in order to make the ..like two big jumps in the lite version of the game. 99 Ninjas! The only thing to complain about with this magnificent game is also one of it's amazing accomplishments. Gameloft created a phenomenal digital touchpad directional pad that effectively works like a dpad on a consol controller. It's a little touchy.

Borderlands!
Fun. Borderlands! is a first person shootem up, set in the realm of space colonization. The game has a snide sense of humor and four different characters to play through the game with ..twice.
You should not meet the level cap of 50 with any of the characters in the game. Rock, The Siren, The Hunter, and the Soldier. Each has a progression that will continue to build well into the second play through of the game. Most likely you will cap out your character's progression right about three fourths of the way through the second run and meet the final boss with a hoss (but not all powerful) character. Of course the Scags and Raiders raise in power to meet yours throughout. Similar to Final Fantasy 8 and 9, I think.. hmm, been awhile since I played FF.
Somebody online said that Borderlands! is a "loot-driven first-person shooter" and I agree!
Boom! Boom! I like the acid shotgun for shooting Tarantella in the dome!
Mumbling about Fable.
:put::put: I like the Fable series by Lionhead. I have played one, two, and three now. I ponder how the entire play will unfold as the project comes to an end. what is the meta stable storyline. to a certain extent the designers of the scenarios must have a tacit idea of what is 'actually' occuring. does the hero of three sacrifice their companion or if the hero of two was a boy or a girl. the storyline of the three outright states this to be the case. Sparrow was a boy. there are certain predetermined narratives. the interesting element in that is thusly.
Devience from the primary path of the plot should have more and more absurd complications. maintaining a path mentality in a diverse path system should be encouraged by recognition.
